Improve Function, Improve Performance

Taking a biomechanical approach to a sports skill yields the greatest result on sport's performance, injury prevention and sport mastery. We specialize in improving human movement to optimize in sport performance. Our TPI specialists employ the latest techniques to improve power, speed, mobility, stability, balance, coordination and nervous system function to enhance sport specific movements. All participants, from elite athletes to weekend warriors, can benefit from learning how to improve their mechanics.

Our goal is to discover where there are opportunities to improve.
