Sports Performance
Taking a biomechanical approach to a sports skill yields the greatest result on sport's performance, injury prevention and sport mastery. We specialize in improving human movement to optimize in sport performance. Our sports performance specialists employ the latest techniques in the field of exercise physiology to improve mobility, stability, strength, power, speed, balance, coordination and nervous system function to accentuate sport specific biomechanics. All participants, from elite athletes to weekend warriors, can benefit from learning how to improve their mechanics.
Our goal is to discover where there are opportunities to improve.
Assess - Test to uncover movement capacity, coordination and nervous system function
Correct - Create joint stability, improve dysfunctional movement patterns, maximize central nervous system output, enhance motor control
Develop - Continue to refine biomechanics & implement training principles to improve strength, balance, rotation, coordination, speed & power
