Functional Training
Taking a biomechanical approach to life yields the greatest result on improving physiological function, performance & overall quality of life. We specialize in teaching fundamental movement patterns to optimize performance. Our TRS specialists employ the latest techniques to improve mobility, stability, strength, balance, coordination and nervous system function to enhance human movement. All participants can benefit from learning how to improve the way they move.
Our goal is to provide practical hands on education of human biomechancis to maximize quality of life, decrease the risk of injury and optimize human performance.
Assess - Test to uncover potential dysfunction, restriction, movement deficiency
Correct - Create joint stability, maximize central nervous system output, fix dysfunctional movement patterns, mobilize stiff tissue & joints
Develop - Continue to refine biomechanics & implement training principles to improve strength, balance, coordination & function
Day One Functional Movement Assessment
The Ready State Functional Movement Assessment $120
The Ready State Functional Movement Assessment assess mobility, stability and motor control as it relates to human biomechanics. Based on the findings we determine how to systematically build on your strengths and improve weaknesses to optimize human performance.
